Bouncing back

From theatrical_muse: What is your greatest strength?

My resilience, I suppose. I mean, if I didn't bounce back, I'd've been flattened years ago. No matter how bad things are, there's usually something to laugh at or enjoy, and if there isn't, well, things are bound to change soon. And so far they have.

All right, so it got so bad on Xenon I thought I'd been punctured for good, but it's an odd thing: once I was in a cell on Gauda Prime, I was already feeling more positive about life even though I'd got to the point of thinking it was a bit overrated. Prison was something I could deal with. Didn't take long to get out and meet and greet the other prisoners, one of 'em a fellow called Stark, and everything's been on the up and up since then.

Wouldn't've thought once that I'd be a ship owner (nine-tenths of the law and all that), but there you are: keep bouncing back and you might just score a goal.
